As a trusted bridge between major wireless providers and local communities, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining strict compliance with federal and carrier regulatory standards.
As a Lifeline Enrollment Expert, you will assist qualified individuals in getting connected through Lifeline wireless service. Depending on eligibility, provider offerings, and availability, customers may receive a FREE Lifeline phone, a FREE SIM card for use with their existing compatible device, or other available wireless options and upgrades.
With quick enrollment approvals, strong demand, multiple product options, and opportunities for device upgrades, this position is ideal for motivated individuals who want to help their communities while earning competitive commissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Enroll eligible customers in Lifeline wireless service, including free phone and SIM card programs, based on provider availability and customer eligibility.
- Help customers determine whether using their existing phone with a SIM card or receiving an available Lifeline device is the best option.
- Conduct outreach in high-traffic community locations, retail environments, neighborhoods, and local events.
- Verify customer eligibility and required documentation through secure and compliant enrollment systems.
- Clearly explain Lifeline program benefits, service options, device options, and enrollment requirements.
- Assist customers with phone and SIM activation, device setup, number transfer when applicable, and basic troubleshooting.
- Promote available device upgrades and premium phone offers where permitted.
- Maintain accurate daily enrollment, activation, and inventory records.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly enrollment and activation targets.
- Follow all Lifeline, carrier, ACP/Lifeline-related compliance requirements applicable to the enrollment process and protect customer information at all times.

- The ability to explain different wireless and device options clearly
- Strong attention to compliance and documentation requirements

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; advanced education or relevant certification preferred
- Experience in customer service, wireless sales, field sales, or similar roles preferred
- Established community connections are a plus
- Knowledge of the Lifeline program and eligibility criteria preferred
- Previous experience in community outreach, event marketing, or face-to-face sales preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable using digital enrollment platforms
- Comfortable assisting customers with smartphones, SIM cards, and basic device setup
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and organized
- Reliable transportation and ability to work locally
- Eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
- Committed to ethical practices, customer privacy, and strict program compliance
